    The property is scanned inside and out, then registered into a single coloured, accurate and measurable point cloud.

04 — Frequently asked questions

Before you book

How long does the on-site survey take?

It depends on the floor area, the number of levels and the surroundings. The configurator shows an estimated duration before you book.

Which files will I receive?

Depending on the deliverables you choose: the point cloud (E57, RCP), drawings (DWG, PDF), the model (RVT, IFC) and an online viewing link.

Can I share the viewer with my architect?

Yes. Send the link to your architect or contractor: they can explore the point cloud and the model without any software.

How does payment work?

Online, when you book. The confirmation and invoice are sent to you by email.

Which area do you cover?

All of Belgium. Travel costs are calculated automatically from the property’s postcode.
